Read your contact before signing. This place will fund Titan solar before system is complete and operating. You WILL be responsible for payment before install is done. Then if you call customer service to try to get them to help you will get some sarcastic banker that is obviously either on titan payroll or getting a good kick back from them telling you there is nothing they can do and you have to make the payments working or not. Look for a different lender and solar company.

Derek Harada was amazing guiding me through the refinance process. He was very knowledgeable, showed empathy when I shared the loss of my husband Aug of last year. I immediately trusted him. It's rare today to trust that your best interest is of value. He made sure I had his contact information. And when we missed each other. He responded in a timely manner. Be really careful with getting solar panels with the loan from them. My solar panels stop working for 5 months and they kept charging me monthly. I explained that the solar company could not get a tech out to my city soon but they didn’t care they told me pretty much too bad. I was forced to keep paying month after month although my panels weren’t working. It was really rough to pay a high electric bills plus the panels. I regret getting panels so bad. DO NOT GET PANELS WITH THIS LOAN COMPANY!!!

Mr. Aaron Gibson made the difference in our loan process. He did not allow setbacks to derail our loan application. He proposed a workable alternative that met our needs, and also satisfied their requirements. He set the tone for his staff. It is refreshing to know there are still people who care about, and deliver, good customer service. Thanks to Mr. Gibson’s determination and initiative, and Corinne Blackney, who diligently worked with us to finalize the process, our loan was approved and funded within a reasonable timeframe.

Like many other reviews have said, this company is super shady. We took out a loan for Solar and were told the first 12 months were interest free. We were paranoid and wanted to pay off the loan in full anyways but they refused payment several times and kept telling us to wait until the 12 month “promotional period” was over. They said we could pay the principal balance in full then with no interest. When we called again after 12 months (per their instructions) they added nearly $4000 in interest and said we have to pay the interest that had been accruing during the promotional period. They straight up lied to us on the phone many times but deep in the contract is the truth. They will lie to you on the phone and refuse to help you and then stand by the contract when it is too late. We should have been more persistent during the 12 months and got a lawyer to demand that they accept payment but we believed their lying overseas call center.

Anyone else have Goodleap pay out the installer before the work was even close to being completed. Look for me at markesd at. Lets get a class action started, They paid my installer 5 days before they even started work and 2 months before they put in the inverter and the company never finished the work after a year later even though they told me they would help me if the installer flaked. All they did was call the installer and tell me they would get back to me. They need a better process and not ignore the true customer.
